Chocolate Chip muffin | Muffin recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour-2 cups ( 260 ml)
Sugar-1 cup (200 g)
Salt-1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder-2 teaspoon
Egg- 2 ( At room temperature)
Oil-1/4 cup (60ml)
Milk-1/2 cup ( 120 ml)
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Chocolate chips-120 g
Chocolate chips-100-120g
Method:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Mix egg, milk , oil and vanilla.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix untill combined.
Line a muffin pan with muffin sheets.
Fill the batter in the muffin sheets.
Preheat oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Bake the muffins at 180 C for 20-22 minutes.

1-2 day at room temperature . You can keep it in refrigerator for 4-5 days in air tight container.

Hi aunty...ethen here...how r u dn. A tiny suggestion, I saw the batter wasn't easily dropping from the scoop into the liner. I mildly grease my scoop and the batter drops easily. Do try.... Ur videos quality is getting good day by day.one request the watermark on ur video,can u put it somewhere below in the video so it doesn't distract wen involved in watching. Tc my aunty...

yes i add 1:/4 cup of veg oil but still dry not like your vanilla cupcake super moist even i use unsalted butter super yummy but this recipe not so good ,

Hi ma’am na try kopo yong recipe nyo , ask klng po bkit 1/4 cup lng na veg oil eh 2 cups po yong flour ,super dry po yong muffins nyo ,tas pansin ko hindi cya masarap as in super dry cya ,hindi gaya sa vanilla cupcake nyo na masarap ,pero this recipe Im disapointed to follw tnxs ,
