Ingredients:
16 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoons of sour cream
12oz of milk chocolate wafers
12oz of dark mint chocolate wafers
Oreo Cookies
Instructions
Cheesecake filling:
Combine cream cheese, powder sugar, vanilla extract and sour cream in a large bowl until completely combined. Scoop the cheesecake filling in a piping bag and place in the refrigerator while you finish prepping .
Oreo Cookies:
Separate the Oreo cookies and be sure to scrape out the filling of all the cookies(sorry we will not be using the filling. Place the Oreo cookies on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper. Fill the Oreo cookies with cheesecake filling (see video). Once all the cookies are filled, place them in the freezer for at least 30mins. 
Chocolate:
Place chocolate wafers in a microwave safe bowl and microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds increments until the chocolate is completely melted. Be sure to stir after every 30 seconds. Next pull the cookies out the freezer and dip the cookies in the chocolate (see video) and cover them with the chocolate. Decorate your cookies and then chill for at least another 30 min…
BE SURE TO KEEP THESE COOKIES REFRIGERATED THEY CAN NOT STAY OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
