Chocolate Cream Cake without oven | Homemade Birthday Cake | Chocolate Cake Recipe by Tasty Food
Take Below Ingredients
1. Oil (1 Cup)
2. Sugar Powder (1 Cup)
3. Whole Eggs (4 Piece)
4. White Flour Maida (1 & ½ Cup)
5. Coco Powder (1 Cup)
6. Baking Powder (1 Tablespoon)
7. Vanila Essence (1 Tablespoon)
8. Sugar (1/2 Cup)
9. Corn Flour (1 Tablespoon)
10. Salt
11. Whipping Cream (1 & ½ Cup)
Take Oil (1 Cup) and add sugar Powder (1 Cup) Beat it then add 4 whole Egg gradually and mix it well, add white flour Maida (1 & ½ Cup), add Coco Powder (1 Cup), add Baking Powder (1 Tablespoon), add Vanila Essence (1 Tablespoon) and mix it well beater for 5 minutes.
Take a Cake Pan, fix butter paper on it and paste oil on it then add ready material and cook in pan for 30 Minutes on low Flame.
For preparing Chocolate take Coco Powder (1/2 Cup), Sugar (1/2 Cup), Corn Flour (1 Tablespoon), Salt then add milk gradually to mix it and cook for 5 minutes to make it thick chocolate.
Take Whipping Cream (1 & ½ Cup) and beat it well then add Chocolate (1 Tablespoon) and mix it.
For preparing sugar serum take 1 cup milk and add sugar (4 Tablespoon) and mix it well.
Cake is ready cut the cake in 3 Layers, then take a cake sheet and put 1st layer and add cream then put 2nd layer of cake and put cream on it. Finally put 3rd layer of cake put cream on it and set the cream, make flower with cone to decorate the cake and paste chocolate on it.
