This massive 7.2ft Crocodile was crafted 100% out of chocolate during my latest 4 days Masterclass at the Pastry Academy (Las Vegas) !
Sculpting the scales took forever...

Wow that texture must have taken FOREVER! Hand carving all of it. I'd have melted it by then, considering I can't finish a KitKat without my fingers being covered in chocolate, haha! Amazing job, as always!

At first I didn't like the choice of making its face look unrealistic but after looking at your other vids I realized it is actually intentional and is your unique art style . I love how your animals have that monstrous look that reminds you of old plastic dinosaurs and animal figurines you got for cheap as a child, which had comically uncanny almost realistic faces. Does anyone else remember those?

It’s so pretty. I’m so glad I found you through ProZD and his wife. You’re very passionate with everything you do and I wish I could have the same amount of passion that you have. This was also very heartwarming to me because, lately, I’ve been playing Pokémon Violet and I have a Skeledirge (a fire/ghost crocodile) that I love very much. Thank you for doing what you do.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Maybe they're worried about a trademark violation? "Choco-dile" was the brand name of a snack cake many years ago. It was basically a chocolate-dipped Twinkie.
