This one is pretty light weighing only 65lbs for 4ft tall and only took 4 days to craft.

Just watching all the steps and seeing the lines, I think this might be one of his most intricate and elaborate works ever. All that time and energy for a piece of edible art is remarkable.

Here’s my thing… not only is this man obviously more talented than I, the thing that impresses me most is the fact that he never breaks anything. Like even if I COULD do this, I’d immediately drop it and be like “welp, nevermind” 😂

Maybe he DOES--this is just the finished video. Who knows how many re-dos? Although that would actually make me respect him more. Getting back up after breaking something and starting over would be really really hard.

This has to be the most intricate design I’ve seen so far! That wheel took engineering, drawing, precise cutting, etc etc. All the way down to the lettering and those cars and that perfect gold railing, I was as thrilled watching as if I’d taken a ride on it ❤️

Amaury was actually an Architect in one of his previous lives. His next life he was an Engineer. Now, Amaury is a pastry chef and doing this amazing work as a side hustle. 😉
