I've demonstrated how to make handmade almond rocks as well as moulded paan chocolates.
The best thing about these is that it is very easy to prepare and can be a perfect bite size dessert for your occasions. It can also make for good gifting options, and can be very useful for the upcoming Raksha Bandhan season. I've been asked by many people on simple ideas for gifting and hence I've shared this recipe.
You can customize your chocolates any way you want by substituting almonds with walnuts, pistachios, or any dry fruits of your choice. As for the paan chocolates, you can substitute it with any berries or fillings you want.
You can also play around with white, milk, and dark chocolates - the more customization, the better!
With so many options and combinations you can play around with, the sky is the limit!
Ingredients:
Almond rocks -
Melted dark compound 120g
Roasted almonds 30-40g
Paan chocolate -
Melted white chocolate compound 100g
Green chocolate colour 2-3 drops
Dried paan 30g
Storage - You can store the chocolates in an airtight container in the refrigerator and they'll stay good for 2-3 months.
