The modular CHS high-performance packaging machine is specially developed for the gentle packaging of chocolate products and achieves an output of up to 1,800 products per minute. Easy changeover between seven packaging styles such as double twist, protected twist, top twist, side twist, foil wrap, fold wrap and Viennese fruit fold is possible.

So much better than the Chinese knockoffs. I just wish they offered a low end entry level type machine that wrapped in the 200-400 pc/min range.

The CHS is "only" a packaging machine. The products are taken over by our distribution and feeding systems from the processing equipment of other manufacturers and fed fully automatically to the CHS packaging machine.

how did you solve the counting problem for chocolate?By weight?

Counting products is more an issue for other manufacturers' secondary packaging machines, which are connected to our primary packaging machines. But yes, from our experience, in many cases the quantity of wrapped products per multipack is measured by weight when filling into bags or cartons.
