▷Ingredients(7×16cm pound cake mold):
100g unsalted butter
40g powdered sugar
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
2 egg white
60g sugar
70g cake flour
30g ground almonds
10g pure cocoa powder
50ml heavy cream
80g Couverture sweet chocolate
50ml heavy cream

Thank you so much for this recipe❤️ my family recipe and western recipe used too much sugar and eggs, but this one is just perfect! So fluffy and moist. I used a pan for bundt cake so I doubled the recipe, and again it's just perfect!! Thank u thank u thank u🙇🏻‍♀️
