This one was definitely nerve racking, it is 3.5ft tall and weighs 90lbs of dark chocolate!
The fully interactive clamp is my favorite part.

Amaury has a license plate registered with his name on a large grey car in the state of Michigan. He stalks people, taking pictures of strangers to make fun of them and sells them to people who post them on a website. I first noticed the license plate "AMAURY" in 2019. I had long suspected that I was being stalked and it was time to get the proof. The same day I saw that license plate was the day I did what I knew would reveal that I am in fact, being stalked. I have again seen it 4 times in 2022 alone. I was in Holland, MI at the time. There is a HUGE marketplace in Grand Rapids Michigan that I'm sure the Wolfgang Puck restaurant in Grand Rapids, Michigan uses for their spices and other supplies. Amaury knows the chef that runs the patisserie that's at the entrance to the Marketplace.

A british chef, Heston Blumenthal, already did, with lickable wallpaper and a chocolate waterfall that unmixed the chocolate into powder and a clear liquid that tasted of chocolate
