Chocolate Roll Cake (Chiffon) thick, soft, easy to roll | Chocolate Swiss Roll Cake
ingredient
Part 1
● 3 large egg yolks
● Sugar 40 g.
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
● Vanilla flavor 1/2 tsp.
● Sunflower oil 45 g.
● 35 grams of fresh milk + 1 teaspoon of coffee powder.
● Water 30 g.
● All-purpose flour or cake flour 75 g.
● Cocoa powder 11 g.
● Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
Part 2
● 3 egg whites
● Sugar 45 g.
● 2-3 drops lemon or lemon juice
Bake at the top and bottom 180° C. 17-18 minutes, place on the middle rack.
Tray size: 12.5 inches long, 9 inches wide
The used chicken eggs are large. The total weight of the shell is 63-73 grams.
