This is my chocolate version of the tasty dessert Tres Leches. In this video, i show you all the details to make it. Take notes of the ingredients:
Chocolate genoise:
- 4 large eggs.
- 100 grams of sugar. (1/2 cup approx.)
- 90 grams of All purpose flour. (3/4 cup approx.)
- 15 grams of cocoa powder (1/4 cup approx.)
The Leches:
- 400 ml. of evaporated milk. (1 can)
- 150 ml. of condensed milk. (1/2 can approx.)
- 300 ml. of heavy cream.
Chocolate chantilly:
- 250 ml. of heavy cream.
- 10 grams of icing sugar. (1 tablespoon approx.)
- 10 grams of cocoa powder. ( 2 tablespoon approx.)
