Let's make some chocolate truffles today!
All chocolate lovers - this is THE recipe for you :) These truffles are rich, creamy, and indulgent, and full of flavours. They are also a perfect fit for many occasions. They also make for a great gifting option for the upcoming Raksha Bandhan festivities!
These delightful little bites of chocolate are so easy to make and will surely melt in your mouth. I've coated it with desiccated coconut, chocolate vermicelli, and cocoa powder, but you can customize them any way you want :)
Ingredients required :
Dark chocolate- 200g
Fresh cream - 100g
Salted butter - 20g
Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Let the ganache set for an hour in the refrigerator
Set the truffle balls in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours before coating them
For coating-
1. Desiccated coconut
2. Chocolate vermicelli
3. Cocoa powder
Shelf life : These can stay good for 2-3 days at room temperature and for 1 month in the refrigerator.
Note: *Since it is dry product, you can transport them easily since they won't melt. Perfect for your Raksha Bandhan gift hampers!
* Chocolate reacts differently in every different climate and weather. So if you are facing problems with the ratio, you can either increase the quantity of chocolate or decrease the amount of cream used.
