Studies actually prove that this is a Left issue, more so, the far-Left. In general, there is middle ground between liberals and Right-wingers, it's just more difficult and smaller than before (or, more accurately, people are now cowardly and silent, throwing away more of their power and freedoms). Studies also found that Right-wingers are happier to have liberal friends than liberals are to have Right-wing friends. Further, there is a general structural issue: the Left struggles to separate the liberal from the far-leftist, both legally and culturally. Nonetheless, many liberal types are open to actually working together, having both sides functional, and finding some middle ground. This has been true for over 100 years, looking at all the data and policies and so on. It's only been a major problem since the 1990s, more so, the 2010s. Primarily from the far-Left, then to everybody else (including the Right as of the late-2010s; hence, their reactionary nature. The key is the root, reaction. Whatever happens with the Left, the Right seriously pushes back half a decade later, or sooner. If the Right isn't careful -- or the Left -- it can lead to the Right actually using leftist tactics in response, instead of their own, which is a bad idea. This is known as 'Right-wing woke' or 'Right-wing cancel culture'). Tom is clearly more classical liberal (rather, modern liberal, circa 1970s or so). This means, today he has more in common with Right-wingers, but a few decades ago, he would have had far more in common with leftists. He's not an actual classical liberal, as that's more Right-wing and stems from the 18th and 19th centuries. Regardless, you can see Tom is unhappy with a lot of the Right and the cultural wars, even if he's anti-woke himself. A lot of Right-wingers actually agree with him on this issue (which is to say, the Right acting woke to fight woke is anti-Right and a bad idea); however, the Right dislike Tom on many topics, also. As for the unity, I have no idea what Tom's intentions are, but I'd be shocked if he actually creates unity -- at best, he'd be a single cog in a larger machine of creating real unity across our culture. Rap music just isn't going to do it. For that to have any real impact, it would require a wider shift across rap, first of all. Right-wingers need to be careful with false victories. I understand why they might enjoy any victory, but understanding false or meaningless victories is very important -- more so, if they are just being fooled. Every month I see Right-wingers happy about some small victory with transgender laws or a shift in the culture or Right-wing comedy or Right-wing rap (or what we would now call Right-wing), but then I notice they are all overturned the following month, and how there are 100 anti-Toms for every Tom. You know some of the most popular rap today are anti-Western, anti-Jewish, Islamic, anti-white, anti-Trump gangster/mumble rap? This has been going on for years, more so, the last 7 months. P.S. Tom clearly has some issues with Biden -- I assume he dislikes Trump in general, also -- but what is very important here is that we accept the position of POTUS regardless of politics. He points out the issues from Biden's side, but seems to believe in the system itself, or wants to. Right now, he clearly thinks it's broken but should be fixed, not burnt to the ground. On this point, Tom is very American, despite the fact he's not actually American. I think this is an area where Right-wingers are also less political than leftists: many Right-wingers have faith that America will stand forever, and that the President must be respected at all times. Of course, at the same time, there is a serious war now between certain Right-wingers and the leftists in simply wanting to control the White House for their 'side'. Big mistake. You either believe in the divinity of America or you don't. If you don't, it's a very dangerous game of empire-building and not much else: it's for this reason we now see a rise of both leftists and Right-wingers who believe in a Chinese system of a supreme leader, a single party rule, a life-long rule. This is the general fill for the void when one's faith is crushed. When you remove the axioms of your nation and the foundations, you're only left with dictatorship crafted on legal whims. You ever read the founding documents of a non-axiomatic nation? It's scary. It reads like a public library with the power to do whatever it wants at any time, either based on the corruption of power or mob rule. The only thing even keeping these nations together at all is a tradition of good people and unwritten laws. England is like that, and so is modern France, and so is Germany, and many other Western nations, and they could snap at any moment, go to war with the world, or bomb itself -- do whatever it wants. The only real controller of such nations is the UN or so-called 'international community', which is merely a meta-problem of the same sort -- a meta-nation, a multi-national nation that isn't a real nation or community in any real sense of the words. They, too, can do whatever they want and have no real ground to stand upon. They invent their own laws and enforce them as they desire, and invent new ones to justify the old ones. There is no real basis for it or bedrock, nothing to fall back on, no great history or culture to call forth, nothing at all. Just paperwork invented in the 1920s -- more so, the 1940s -- by a group of old men filled with fear and power. This is one reason I have faith in America over Europe, at least. When you read America on paper, it's a remarkable state, a miracle of politics, of guiding the people and the people guiding the state (even if it's not ideal in reality). This is why, I think, Adams or Madison said that the only way for America to fall is the Americans themselves. In reality, Biden or Trump themselves cannot do much damage or get away with too much. Sure, they can choose what kind of army they want, and pass all kinds of laws, change tax rates, and remove certain bills and such (much harder and slower process than adding new bills), but their power is shockingly limited for the 'most powerful man in the world' (officially, maybe tied with the King of England). The people will break before the system does. The system can only break because of the people breaking it, which requires work. The system is built to be unbreakable in general. It's all about checks and balances, and never giving too much power to any one office, and always having a lot of power within the hands of the people themselves (guns, votes, rights, etc.). The Bill of Rights won't magically ruin or hurt itself, nor any other foundational document. As long as some people are enforcing these in their lives, they are solid. Even when it's starting to break, the system holds firm. It requires a lot to remove or add something major, unlike most nations. Maybe the greatest government ever written in history. It grew from the dirt in the 1700s to the greatest and one of the most populated nations on Earth in the 1920s, with the greatest city of New York, to the most powerful nation on Earth in the 1950s, to the most free and remarkable nations some time after that. Certainly, it has its darkness, and has seriously lost its way over the last few decades -- largely due to Gen-Z and their parents, not America herself or the Founding Fathers, or even Boomers as a whole, as many now claim. Just compare this with literally any other nation over the last 300 years. Who was the most war-filled nation prior to WWII? France. Germany is pretty much defined by war and the failure of unity and peace for the last 300 years. Only since the 1990s has Germany been truly peaceful and unified, and this has been a rocky road with major global issues via the EU and UN. You know which empire was one of the most violent since the 1700s? The Dutch Empire. Famous for being brutal and less than ideal in all areas of life, which is partly why it failed globally and was crushed by the more peaceful, trade-based British Empire. You will find similar dark histories and messiness with every nation, so I feel quite good about America's history (slavery maybe being the worst point, which it did end and fought to end, along with the British some time earlier). But, if you think China, Russia, Cuba, Iran, and so on were slave-free in the 1900s, you just aren't paying attention. And, where there aren't technical slaves in Europe in the 1950s, there were a lot of slave labour and child slave work going on for decades. In Africa and the Middle East, there are millions of actual slaves, child slaves, and slave wives as of 2024. India also has its complex history of slavey and slave-like qualities over the centuries, which really only ended recently.

That's only a few things he did. The only thing Biden has done in his 50 years of service was the crime bill in 94 that was the reason why so many Black people were arrested. Those aren’t talking points from the right they’re reality. The Southern border is wide open, child trafficking has increased 600% under Bidens open border. There’s criminals from the most dangerous gangs in the world coming into our country. Violent crimes are not being prioritized for prosecution by democrat DAs, but if a citizen defends themselves or defiles one of their sodomy flag idols they’ll throw the book at them. Inflation is horrible, the democrats attack on fossil fuels has destroyed the poor and middle class. Bidens family was embezzling money from Russian Oligarchs, Ukrainian Oligarchs and the Chinese Communist Party. They had several shell companies to funnel the money, Congress has traced the bank transactions and have the evidence but the democrat run Dept of Justice won’t charge Biden or proceed with an investigation. They already have far enough evidence to go to trial. The left is pushing gender ideology on children in nearly every school and grooming children to basically idolize and worship homosexuality. It’s put forth as the utmost thing to be celebrated by the progressive radical left, which is just the mainstream left these days. The mainstream left is extremely radical.
