Choir! Choir! Choir! Epic! Nights: Neil Young 's Lotta Love with Sarah Harmer

We brought the vibes to the TD Toronto Jazz Festival in the newly re-opened Concert Hall/Masonic Temple. Led by Choir! Choir! Choir! a sold out crowd of 1500 learned back up parts to Lotta Love - a Neil Young classic - and, once we had it down, Sarah Harmer and her beautiful voice joined us on lead. It was a night to remember and we thank TD for the support to make this video.
We dedicate this to Canada, a country we feel so lucky to live in. In the days to come, we hope the conversation around Indigenous rights will bring true equality from coast to coast to coast.

First time ever listening to Sarah Hammer. She has a beautiful voice. I still think personally that Nicolette Larson version is by far the best then a distant second would be Neil even though he wrote the song. In no way does that diminish the beautiful voice this Sarah Hammer has. This particular song and it's best version will always be to me Nicolette Larson...

What a brilliant version. Besides acknowledging the writer Neil Young, I think it good to also acknowledge the late great Nicolette Larson who made this song so popular in 1978.

Yes and neil was driveing nicollet larson home one night from a party and on the floor board was crumbled up piece of paper she picked it up and neil said o u can hv it and the rest is history

I remember seeing Nicolette Larson perform at ...I believe it was The Cotati Cabaret in Cotati, CA. Must've been sometime in the late 1990s. I'm not even certain I knew that Neil had written the song....nor what she looked like at the time. The club only held around 600 max? But she was hanging out at the bar before taking to the stage & I realized it was her.

I sat infront of her at a Jeff tweedy concert in Kingston not to long ago and I remember thinking to myself who is the woman with the gourgeous voice behind me didn't realize it was her untill after the show
