Crazy because Chon basically took a break from making music as a band while the band that came up with them Polyphia is still releasing release after release, I just miss Mario and Erick so much these days and wonder where'd they be if they were still going :(

@@mmettej You’re on the right track, multiple sources have indicated that the revenue percentages yielded from their signed label “Sumerian Records” were negligible to say the least. So much so that instead of making headroom and advancements financially as a group they had instead been forced into debt from their pre-existing record deal. This continuous financial strain is what’s speculated to have suspended/disbanded the band and forced the removal of their presence from the music scene and furthermore Sumerian.

Sheesh neither did I, that slow chugging section is so hard. They played this show super clean too. One of the best of theirs I've seen in that regard.

Jesus he absolutely beasted that shit. I have to get used to Marios reliability on doing such a good performance is something I have to still get used as most live guitarists f up the solos all the time but Mario is completely relaxed and vibin, that zen state.

He literally nailed every note of that sweep section. That pinch harmonic was sooo damn tasty too
