Well, I found this video inspiring, and real. Alot of us I'm sure have known someone close to us of whom has dealt with depression, among other life stresses'. This video reminds me of the healing that comes from talking about the struggles you're going through, and Chonda paints a really good picture of this, in sharing her testimony.
