Chongqing, China Travel Vlog. In this video I travle to Chongqing, not only China's biggest city but possibly one of the most interesting destination to see in China! Chongqing is definitely one of the best cities to travel in China and in this travel vlog I explore some of Chongqing top attractions like Hongya Caves, Liberation monument, Liziba Station (where a train goes through a building!), try some of the most popular foods in Chongqing like, hotpot and spicy ice-cream , ride the famous Yangtze River Cableway and go on a night cruise in Chongqing!

Everything is spicy in Chongqing, including the air. If you get used to eating spicy food, everything else will become uncomfortable, which is what makes it interesting

I’d recommend visiting Chengdu, Yunnan, Hainan, Guangzhou, Fujian (Wuyi mountains and Fuzhou), Harbin, Shenyang, and Shenzhen next.

Chongqing is a city, but its area is equivalent to a province. More than 30 million people are the population of the whole city. But in a narrow sense, Chongqing refers to the 9 th district of the main city in the city center. The population here is only 10 million.

Chongqing is a municipality like Beijing or Shanghai is, but it is way too big to be called a "city". It muchly resembles a province with different cities in it. The renowned "Chongqing City" generally refers to the 9 central districts, with lots of other districts having its own city name and some still remain largely underdeveloped.

I have been to CHINA twice in 2018 & 2019 n I was simply blown away after hearing how CHINA is filthy , starving backward n all the negatives that we here in the WEST have been told. I can't wait to return to see more of this very amazing country n to purchase a couple of things that I saw but was not able to purchase then. My greatest regret is I did not learn the Chinese language when I was young. 1 thing I can say is don't let any 1 tell u about CHINA go there n see n learn for YOURSELF. RASPECT N ❤. BIG UP U SELF CHINA.

In Chongqing, you can eat almost anything without worrying about gaining weight! Just look at all the hills and stairs you have to climb back to your house, LOL. But I still like Zhuhai better. BTW, why don't you all expats making more videos about the 3rd and 4th tier cities in China. They are quite livable cities, like Zhuhai/Foshan/Zhongshan/Taiyuan.

Cool place indeed. I just learned about it today...and I have been into city building games since the late 90s...so I am amazed over that I havent even heard of this city before. It has that Spirit Away kinda feel to it by the old fortress.

‘Foggy capital” is Chongqing’s Nick name, it’s very humid there and that’s why people have nice skin because it got moisturized all the time, also that’s why people like to eat spicy foods in order to get rid of the humidity inside body, a herbal medicine concept😊

Great video, would love to visit there, in theory if not in practice... Maybe hard for someone who doesn't speak the language and doesn't know anyone there? I wanted to go to Chine while my daughter was in Beijing, but she came back to NZ before it opened up after covid. I'd love to see some of those crazy mountain areas too. But China seems more difficult now. Very enjoyable presentation style, it made me smile.

You should not take tofu in a hot pot first as it is hot inside and even hotter after absorbing so much spicy sauce. You should try that cow stomach. It is very good 👍

actually the weather is not bad, as part of Sichuan basin, most of days in CQ is always foggy, so foggy is normal, sunny day is abnormal 🤭🤭🤭

It's not biggest city in China. Chongqing owns huge land, which is more than half of England. Only 1/3 of population, 11 millions, actually living in the city. It's 12th agglomeration in China.

errrr please get your facts right......... Due to a classification technicality, Chongqing municipality can claim to be the largest city proper in the world-though it does not have the world's largest urban area. Chongqing is the only city in China with a permanent population of over 30 million, however this number includes a large rural population.
