I think this is the best tutorial video for ITF/GTF patterns because you break down each individual moves which makes it clearer and easier to follow when doing the full pattern.. please makes more of this style of the tutorial.

movement 19 is a knee kick not a front snap kick..

Tex so video copies the text terminology book terminology is "Front snap Kick with Knee" . Yes, kind of goofy but differentiates from "Upward Kick with knee"
