Indian skin mai melanin hota hai, aur woh sunburn se bachata hai, so agar baat Indian skin ki kare toh uvb rays ki wajah se hee jyada tanning hoti hai so that's why higher spf is indeed an important even to prevent the tanning especially for an indian skin.

Will anyone measure that what is difference of uv inside and outside ¿ Internet says that uv below 4 is non harmful and if inside room with very little windows like Mumbai homes if it’s below 4-5 than hoax to apply. Even in offices when we work under lights and only boses get window cabins so might be they need sunscreen.

Har 3 ghante main reapply karenge toh 10 din main tube khatm. Mahine ke 3 tube lagega.ek sunscreen atta hain lagbhag 500 rupay ka matlab ek mahine main 1500 rupay khatam. Mera toh sakal 150 ka bhi nahi hai ispe 1500 rupay ka sunscreen lagane ka kya fayda.
