"That is possible for us to live every moment of our daily life in such a way that every moment become a moment of healing. When you make a step, make sure that the step has the power of healing, relaxing. When you breath in, make sure that your inbreath has the power of stopping, of healing."
"There is something we need to do : it's to rest. But we don't know how to rest anymore. Mankind has lost the capacity of resting. And resting is the ground of healing, because by resting like that you authorize your body to heal. But you don't authorize your body to heal because of your panic, your worries, your running around in search for healing. But the healing is obtained when you don't do anything : you just rest, and allow nature to do its work."
"The wonders of life are already there; the Kingdom of God is already there; and what we're looking for is already there. [Realising that] makes it possible for the running to stop, it makes it possible for you to become fully present, and to be fully alive."
'The blue sky is always there for you. But because of your worries, your anger, you cannot touch the blue sky. The blue sky has been waiting for you. So, to go home to yourself, to go home to the present moment, mind and body together, you have the chance to recognize that the blue sky is there. And that is why to recognize helps you to get in touch. How wonderful to get in touch, get in touch with yourself, and get in touch with the wonders of life."

Thnk you very much for uploading this video! I have experienced personally that practicing in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh is the most helpful way towards happiness for yourself and the people you love. After 20 years of sincere practice my whole life has changed for the better. But the beauty of these practices is that it is possible to experience deep positive transformation after a (very) short time. My best wishes to everyone who sincerely do these practices.

Thay is always with us if we want to. Breathing in, I know Thich Nhat Hanh is with us. Breathing out, we are very happy to recieve his and his sanghas dharma.

Who can tell me what are the differences between mindfulness, conciousness and awareness?

To me, consciousness is simply being awake, i.e. not in deep sleep thinking about nothing. Awareness is acknowledging your environment, your thoughts and the world around you in the present. Mindfulness is the action of moving towards awareness. It is a desire to be in the present moment. Being mindful requires you to focus to obtain awareness, if you're not already aware.
