Your spot on Gary...I have experienced that more so during the pandemic. By nature Iam a giving person and I feel like its taken me along time to realise that I really haven't given to myself. I don't know of its out fear of being hated or what. I mean I would always give up my seat for someone else, I have never been one not to, a lot of people don't. It's the only analogy I can think of that describes how I feel. There are definitely times in my life I should have not got up and give my seat away. Take care 🙂

Love this message, a lot of the time we strive to make other people happy, which is great. But then we forget them most important person ourselves. We so busy making sure are friends and family or doing well and happy that we forget to stop and ask ourselves “Am I okay?” “Do I feel uncomfortable/anxious?” We deserve the happiness we give to others.

Gary, it took me many years to learn to "Choose Me." We all have the little nitches we get lost inside of throughout our lives. Mine was different than yours, but yet somewhat the same. My earlier years were filled with heartbreaks of all sorts because of things I chose and situations with people who did nothing but pull me down. I grew up in the country and we were very poor and when I moved to the big city, I somehow needed to find another ME to fit in. I did nothing bad or against the law, but things I did not really like and people I really did not enjoy being around. My life continued like this for years. I then began to realize that I was not doing myself any favors by doing what I thought was expected of me and ignoring the things that simply made me happy and content with myself and MY life. It was so good to see you so happy and content and I hope this continues for you. 😥😁🧡
