I did not realize that, but the mach-e sound is a remake of the ford chime. That's really cool that they keep their legacy!

Ford does the same thing with lincoln. Its different and longer, but you can hear the same notes hit as the normal ford chime

Ford should use this chime to the regular Mustang and rest models. Like Expedition, F-150, Focus and others. It improved chime sounds more luxurious and not annoying than regular chime of Ford.

Y’all, for the last time: they’re not “startup” chimes; they’re seatbelt chimes. You won’t get them if you put on your seatbelt. The exception here are the Kia EV6 and Hyundai Ioniq 5, which do have startup sounds playing in the background. The Genesis would have, too, but it might’ve been disabled.
