Me too. Now I just have to finish sorting out and selling all the stuff I don't need to pay for it all. Lol. Covid 19 has put a pinch on my build money. :(

Craig check out An Engineer's Findings on you tube. This man built his own pres brake. It's not just the brake, you need precision back or front gauge and tooling. This is not just air bending. Your punch and die determine the radius. You will need a shear, notcher and tooling.

Thanks! Yeah, I just got a Roper Whitney notcher. I have a Di-Acro 12" shear. For the time being, I will have to have my metal supplier cut strips for me. I have already been thinking about the design of the backstops. I may end up using Mach3.

Craig, have you tried Clark Transportation Solutions? They are the Valmont Dealer here in Arizona. You might reach out to them. Scott Clark. Let him know I referred you. You might find its cheaper to just order them for your customers as needed.

JOB IT OUT, precision sheet metal is no joke. Find a shop with hydraulic press brake, not mechanical.

I would but a lot of the work will be custom low volume. I can use the work also.
