Chop saw tuning - My chop saw needed to be pimped up, it was a lot cheaper than changing the fuse and replacing all the cables in the wall. It perseveres the drive and reduces the power input at starting. Watch out, it only works on the carbon brush motors!

I see you also got the module with 3 wires. May I ask what are the connections exactly?

Interesting problem. I have the same saw connected to a 16A circuit breaker and a 20A RCD and it doesn't trip anything. But to save the saw bearings and the motor, I also added SoftStart and it works well. I warmly recommend. The larger Metabo KGS 305 M miter saw already has SoftStart as standard equipment. To hold the SoftStart in place, I fixed it with a plastic soldering iron. He is a good helper.

The fuse switch has the old H symbol, it does not tolerate short overruns.

Loved the middle finger 😂😂 thats just how i was with my evolution s355cps chop saw!! So bought module and fitted it, problem solved 🤙 only neg was that due to no space in handle it had to go underneath ext neh mind, Ps: get your home consumer unit upgraded 😉🔥💥

Sajnos nem, direkt beszeltem egy szakival, es a vezetekek csereje nelkül nem cserelhetö a kismegszakito. Ha megis megtennem, baj eseten a tarsashaz karigenyet ram terhelhetnek. Igy megvolt 20€-bol. Hidd el, jobb volt ez igy!

I have a erbaurer chopsaw ! Im not sure have blue wath going straight in motor blue . And 1B to start buton the from buton 2 cable grey and red to engine . Im confuse try to understand if someone can help i really appreciated

Bonjour, pourriez me donner le schéma de branchement de ce module car sur la vidéo on ne voit pas trop comment vous faite le raccordement. Quel fils couper et raccordé avec quel fils ?? Merci pour l'astuce car ces moteurs démarrent vraiment très fort

Le schéma de raccordement est gravé sur la plaque d'aluminium (le refroidisseur), faites pause à 1:01 Le fil commun étant le neutre en théorie, mais comme la prise peut changer de polarité, le plus simple est de couper un des deux fils du moteur qui ressemble à la phase (couleur, circuit ou tout autre indice), ensuite raccorder le moteur coupé à la sortie C, alimenter le module en A et B, le fil commun (neutre) étant entre le module A et le moteur non coupé. Donc le module est alimenté en A et B, via l'interrupteur qui coupe le deux circuits, Le moteur est alimenté via le module en A et C J'espère que c'est assez clair pour ceux qui tomberaient sur la question et que l'image en réponse de "My Little Workshop" n'est plus accessible.

Neue Sicherungsautomaten / Elektrik wären in diesem Fall eher eine Lösung. Die H 16 A Automaten kommen aus einer längst vergangenen Zeit und haben nur noch Bestandschutz. Sie wurden bis Ende der 70er varbaut !!!!!!!!!! Kabel müssen nicht immer getauscht werden, und die billigere Variante hat schon so manche Bude abgefackelt. Geiz ist nicht geil, zudem ERLISCHT DIE GARANTIE des Gerätes und bei einem Brand wird nicht unbedingt die Versicherung bezahlen. Bei Personenschäden kann man sich dann besser einen Strick nehmen.

"Ende der 70-er" es steht im Video (00:31), und leider muss alle Kabel getauscht werden, wenn ich andere Sicherungen brauche, es ist viel zu teuer (etwa 10.000€). Dieses Gerät ist schon seit Jahren gekauft, es gibt keine Garantie mehr, und den Softstartmodul ist normalerweise im Winkelschleifer verwendet, es passt zu dieser Belastung.
