I'll eat all types of sausage, but once you learn what chorizo is, it's gross. Salivary glands, lymph nodes, etc. Worst sausage out there next to blood sausage.

@@110PRIMO yes, but most pre packaged, caked in red grease, supermarket chorizo is cheap crap. The Spanish stuff is better, but if you go to a Mexican restaurant and the chorizo has tons of red grease coming out it, it's the cheap crap.

@@eggchin9721 not necessarily. Quesadillas can have mushrooms, chorizo, potatoes, salsas, and even flowers. I've never had a quesadilla with peppers, but then again, I'm mexican and I eat mexican food.

I used to make little breakfast tacos with chorizo, egg, shredded cheese, and a tiny dab of sour cream but chorizo is so good though! I haven’t had it in a long while and my ole man hasn’t had it before so maybe it’s time to make something with it. Might try making this.
