He is really lucky. I applied for September cohort (same MA in Sustainability Studies in the same Trent University) but was not chosen even after finding a research supervisor and being really hopeful!

You were not accepted, them proceed and use this experience to apply to university in the US or even Canada. Google your field of study and check each university 1 by 1 to see which one to apply. Opportunity will come 8n your side. You lost the application fee, that is alright, just continue to apply.

But I contacted Trent University personally and they replied that they don’t accept HND, a friend even applied and paid 100 cad and they refused his application because of HND.
