I love when Raph like completely shoves Donnie into the pillow, Leo wakes up to make sure his twin is okay and gives him some love too, it kinda shows how close they really are even in the beginning.

it's so freaking cute I'm crying😭and the way little Donnie acted was not nice and I get he's not trusting both Carol and little April, but he does not have the right to treat them like that 😤 and I noticed that he's a little pink and I'm worried for little Donnie if he's not feeling so good or something 🤔.

Well thank you! 😁 I'd have to agree that the rise babies are the cutest. Plus, I think the heart was just the artists choice, but it's a cute little detail.
