I saw a video yesterday where plastic containers and plastic glasses were being thrown in the middle of a dirt area and women were sat on their feet popping them together and putting in bags, no gloves, zero hygiene, I'm so glad I wash all containers before filling with food, even if new.

In my home all my children only eat meat, beef, and chicken but i love vegetables from South Africa

I make masala with onion garlic and tomatos like this and use for many days. Just add boiled daal ,vegetables or meat and masala according to taste and it's ready.

Had you put any oil in the bottom of the pot? Also what kind of goat do you get in Australia that tastes like back home in Pakistan or India? In US the goat that we get is not that tender or doesn’t taste the same. Nowadays we get goat in bulk at the Costco here but haven’t tried getting it because we are scared if it will not taste tender as we were used to in India. Is there a specific kind of goat you order? Please respond because we miss good goat meat since we came here.
