Conventional exercises like running, cycling or simple weight training alone are not enough for elite badminton players. Circuit training, HIIT and Tabata training are a great way to push themselves to the next level. Scientifically, HIIT or Tabata trainings have proven to be more beneficial for athletes.
You can play this video in the background and just try to follow what Chou Tien Chen is doing.

我覺得小天要做的是 “有氧”/+耐力訓練,不是重量訓。而且要減重,飲食要改變成多蔬菜/少吃肉。(要像小戴一樣瘦下來、才會球場更靈活靈動)
