I don't know if anyone has already said this, but if you enter the VAB (the huge building you crashed Jeb into) when building a rocket instead of the hangar, the building process is easier and you actually launch from the pad and not the runway

I was so confused why his first rocket launched on the runway instead of the launchpad. He's building them all in the space plane hanger lol. When he reentered with the heat shield facing the wrong way I was crying for bob
