I think why Jade is so mesmerising is she's not just dancing, she's acting at the same time...her facial expressions, the feeling in her movements, I feel like she really goes into the story of the song and tries to express that in her dance. Amazing.

I just watched "Part 2" to this choreo for "No Guidance." And, it just solidifies Nicole Kirkland's jaw-dropping versatility as a choreographer. She can go from palms-sweating, heart-racing sensuality to fast-paced, base-dropping street moves. She's perfection and her diversity is so inspiring and so entertaining.
