The minute you start thinking that because someone is extremely talented in anything they are no longer "regular" or "human" then you lose sight of the fact that they are entitled to make mistakes and talk about things in the way they do. He hasn't changed, he's just a regular guy, doing what he knows, the best way he knows how. You fell in love with a character produced by a record label, not the regular human being behind the character.
