I’m catching up on all Eubank Sr.s fight, I think he was underrated and one of the better pros during his time. Definitely one of the better European fighters, and I’m betting if he trained in the US he would have been more recognized internationally.

He was big in Asia and Africa, not USA.

Ja, er war der Gegenstuck von Sven Ottke (so viele beschissene Geschenkentscheidung, und nie ausser Deutschland gekampft). Rocky war besser.

Erst die Ossies,dann Osteuropa und dann der Rest der Welt.

Nun ja, ob es Betrug ist, wird leider wohl immer Streitthema sein, aber es liegt mir total fern eines draus zu machen, weil es auch nicht im Sinn von Graciano ist. Einerseits geb ich dir teilweise recht, wenn es um den Kampfstil von Graciano geht. Auch da hab ich mir ein bisschen mehr Aktivität von ihm erwartet, andererseits war vielleicht auch Strategie dahinter. Vielleicht wollte er nicht vorher schon zuviel Energie verballern, weil Eubank zugegeben kein Fallobst ist. Das habe ich jetzt nur angenommen bzw nur spekuliert, ich war ja nicht live dabei. Andererseits denke ich auch an einer möglichen Betrugsgeschichte, weil es ja ein offenes Geheimnis ist, dass im Boxsport betrogen, belogen und geschoben wird. Sei es drum, für uns wird Rocky immer der Beste bleiben! Nebenbei: Die Kommentatoren nerven extremst, weil sie Gracianos Namen kontinuierlich falsch aussprechen🙄.

Eiubank went up two weight classes and took everything Calzaghe could throw at him. The man was a f**king warrior.

Eubank was never the same fighter after the Watson fight and the severe brain damage Watson suffered. Eubank turned into a very tentative fighter afterwards. Doing enough to win rounds without causing serious harm to his opponents. I remember against Steve Collins, he hurt him badly in the 10th, but wouldn't follow up with a decisive blow to finish him off. He completely froze. He did the same against Carl Thompson. He boxed his ears off, but wouldn't pull the trigger. Unfortunately, boxing is a brutal sport and Eubank should had retired a lot sooner.

@@Aerojet01 That's something of a myth. Eubank indeed had trouble loading his shots but he was always lazy and never a top finisher. Even before Watson he let opponents off the hook many times and dragged out fights.

Sven Ottke was AWFUL. He almost lost to Robin Reid. Lol. He would have if the referee wasn't so bad. Sven Ottke did not fight anybody. Worst undefeated 'champion' ever.

Sven Ottke 34-0 I've seen your silly comments before on other videos. Eubank would have done a job on Ottke in a fair contest. Ottke was a joke of a champion. Never fighting outside Germany. When I think of Ottke, I think of the robbery years. He won many bogus hometown decisions. The fight against Reid was one of most biased decisions I have ever seen in boxing, where the referee and Ottke were working as a team. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he robbed from people.

Ottke would have won as Eubank was too lazy to expose him but Ottke was a fraud. Barely won any of his fights cleanly. His power was good but he didn't commit to his shots because he didn't need to risk getting hurt as the judges always had his back.
