You're full of it. Go read the sedition law. Chris did exactly what the law said. Secondly, the law is legal the case at privy council again it was dismissed in October 2023. Thirdly, as a blogger he should know and abide by the laws of where he is traveling. That's his responsibility. Ignorance of the law is not a valid legal defense. Lastly, Chris was warned numerous times about what he was doing being illegal and he ignored every warning. Now he has consequences for his actions. Upon reviewing the videos in question, you will see that there is no indication or evidence to suggest that CML intended to incite violence or called for an uprising. I assert that if any entity should be held accountable, it should be KZfaq for allowing the dissemination of this content. I argue that CML was an easy target and scapegoated for highlighting the shortcomings of Trinidad, an otherwise beautiful, loving, and tranquil country. The outpouring of support from citizens on the streets supports this assertion. One might wonder why, if the state is so committed to the rule of law, this same determination is not applied to address the tragic devastation of lawlessness and criminality within the inner cities of Trinidad-an unfortunate and deteriorating phenomenon that I personally witnessed during my visit to the island a few years ago.
