This is the only audio recording of the Chris Rea concert at the Maimarkthalle in Mannheim, Germany 1990. RESTORED & REMASTERED! I found a 32 year old TDK Cassette tape in my attic. It ran way too fast and was quite wobbly. A girlfriend had given me this as a present in Mai 1990. In the past year I managed to speedcorrect this tape and polish up the sound as far as possible. Since there are almost no recordings of Chris Rea's "The Road to Hell Tour" concerts (I have all three existing ones now on my channel) this one is a great find and thus extremely rare. The soundquality is probably only enjoyable for the die-hard fans, but nevertheless a piece of live music history. This concert took place three days after the show I went to. That show was the start of my passion for music. The intro to Josephine simply ignited my love for music. Enjoy this raw jewel that is completely new to probably everyone. This recording captures most of the show.
