Still think the 31 in a tanto will be the best for my taste..... arriving in 2021 according to CRK !

Great video. I have to ask though, your thoughts on the insingo blade shape? Do u like it less than the tanto for a specific utilitarian reason or simply aesthetics?

What's your favorite ever EDC knife? I had Hinderer but flipper is a huge hot spot, hence why I went The Ranch this time. But my gal is a Holt but I think closest it seems I can get is a CRK. My EDC now is ZT 0308

Bizarre - the show side still has that "hole", but hidden behind the micarta. But the plain Jane model doesn't.

They always have a hole behind an inlay. I don't know if it's to help remove it if needed or something with installation.

Great video! Looking heavily into an inkosi tanto. The only thing I'd like to have kept on it would have been the bushing, pivot style spacer and the lockbar face to be taller like the sebbie. But man I'm still getting it. Lol.

Thanks Kevin!

With the pivot screws being much bigger in the Inkosi, would it create hotspots? I use pinch grip a lot, and the size of the pivot screw is the major reason why I haven't gotten an Inkosi

Come on lol a hotspot from a pivot? Wtf. It's all nice and round.

I’m an inkosi fan myself. May get the tanto reblade for my current inkosi

The titanium on the handles is the same thickness for both knives.

I couldn’t decide between them, so I got a ebony inlayed sebenza 31 and a natural micarta inkosi tanto!

Nice vid! They’re hardened 59-60 and the primary bevel is convex:)

The Plain Jane Sebenza 31 is heavier than the micarta, not lighter.

That’s interesting. Does anyone know how deep the inlay goes into the ti?

Excellent presentation my friend, as always. In one old man's opinion, I believe the 31's internal workings to still be head and shoulders superior to the Inkosi. Both are still fine examples of one of the greatest knife makers in the current world today. I have appreciated his work since he was still living in South Africa and have enjoyed watching him grow bigger and better as the years have gone by. Chris's designs have all been great, as you know, but I think his model 31 is his best to date. Keep up the good work with your reviews and opinions. They are very much enjoyed and appreciated in this world of bombastic noises from many others.

Chris has had nothing to do with the company for years.
