LOVED 'Mad Dog' and his statements on the Uvalde tragedy. That's exactly how ALL Americans should feel about these horrible tragedies. The only part I might disagree on Russo is 'the only way we're going to get gun reform in America is with a Republican President'. Well....about that, and Russo even mentioned it himself, they had a Republican President in office from 2016-2020 and gun reform was on the table following the Parkland, Fla. shootings. And did it move anywhere? No. Because Republicans don't want gun reform. Everyone else in America does though. Anyways.....this carnage in America has to be stopped. If people in America aren't outraged after this latest horrible tragedy, it makes me wonder whether they even have feelings at all. I know people want sports shows to be more of an 'escape' from the reality of the world, but in instances such as this, reality - and tragedy - can't always be ignored or passed over. The community of Uvalde, Texas won't ever be the same after this. 😞

Which is actually pretty interesting considering how sick the Swiss society is if you really get to know it in close-up. It probably is a weird coalescence of being taught from a very early age to suppress real emotions and Swiss efficiency so that the negative effects of suppressing emotions never result in an explosive meltdown which then could manifest itself in something like a school shooting. Fortunately!

@@dlmoneysign you’re asking the government to protect you, like how a shepherd protects its sheep. If you knew anything about human history, you’d understand that governments could care less about your security or safety. Also, being a second amendment supporter has nothing to do with being an incel. I love women and I just want to protect them. Allowing the citizens to freely own guns protects them against government tyranny. Mao Zedong, the Chinese communist revolutionary used firearms to create compliance amongst the population. He famously stated, “political power grows out of the barrel of a gun”. By asking for stricter and more rigorous gun laws, you are revealing your capacity to surrender your liberty for security. As Thomas Jefferson once said, “A society that sacrifices a liberty for a little security, deserves neither and will lose both”.

@@jacobbryan2509 if you want better for your kids and grandkids then uphold the second amendment with your life. The digital revolution and great reset will be a turning point in democracies in the west. The 2nd amendment is the only thing that can protect you against government overreach. At the end of the day, guns don’t kill people, it is the brain behind the gun that kills people, and brains change all the time depending on life circumstances. Raising the minimum age of gun ownership could be a solution. Passing mental health exams is useless because people could just lie about their mental state and these exams would have to be continuous because as stated before, mental health is never constant, especially in the modern day. Another solution could be more security in schools. Hiring retired veterans, ex cops, or current police officers to guard the school property. Another solution, though highly controversial, is to allow guns to be locked away in class rooms, but only accessible during situations like these. For example, a security guard or principal could push a button during a code red that could give teachers the ability to unlock the safe using a password, so that another student can’t rush the safe and take the gun without the teacher actually opening it first. This would also prevents angry teachers from accessing the gun and using it malevolently or irresponsibly. Idk man, all I know is, the more gun control becomes normalized and accepted, the less power the people will have over an increasingly powerful, secretive, and unpredictable government. All mass shootings are tragedies, but we shouldn’t take away everyone’s rights for the treacherous behaviour of the few. The whole reason for the second amendment is so everyone can participate in a rebellion should it be necessary.

My friend and his family have lived in uvalde for years. They recently emailed me about charitable help in the area to the families affected. It's a s*** sandwich no matter how you look at it. This is a failure of government at every level. If they had allowed even one or two teachers to pack heat, it would have even the odds. If the teacher who had died on top of the two children getting shot through the desk, had a gun herself and fired back at that coward, he may have been too wounded to continue killing. I'm arguing it may have saved about 15 or 20 out of the 21 lives. I've heard the argument that trained staff having guns in a room can escalate a situation. But it's really hard to say that in this case. 21 dead and no police response, that's a failure of government. But I know who didn't fail. Those two dead teachers did not fail. And if they'd been allowed to have a Fighting Chance, that lunatic would have died far sooner

@@TonyTone1 you know it's not addressed and all of this? The amount of stabbing deaths and violent crime in Great Britain. Great Britain banned guns Nationwide. The murder rates are greater than the United States. You can't get your hands on the gun in Great Britain, but you can get your hands on bombs, gas, electric devices, grenades illegally. You know that Timothy McVeigh killed about 200 people in Oklahoma without the use of a single gun. Bill Ayers bombed the Pentagon without the use of a single firearm. Evil people are going to find a way to do evil stuff man, just give the guns to everybody to give the rest of us a fighting chance to take these lunatics out while the police are busy getting there to clean up the bodies

I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and I 100% agree with this man. This has to change we can’t be having this happening everyday. It’s sad that we lead the world in mass shootings with 200+ and second place is 8 like we have to do better than this agendas need to be put to the side.

Respect to mad dog. I could tell he was getting very emotional and I’ve never seen that side of him before. There is an obvious problem in this country and even pro gun people need to look back and start finding solutions. We can’t be tied to an amendment that was written ages ago.

Not the part about putting a republican in the White House! The republicans are the problem! They refuse to pass common sense gun laws, they refuse to have back ground checks, they believe handing out more guns is the answer, and they remain in the back pocket of the NRA! Because the president is not of your party, it should not stop you from doing the right thing!

I guess you watched a different video. He went after 1 party in government for not passing Democrat gun control laws that wouldn’t have prevented the school shooting. That’s playing politics and lecturing the country over the body of dead children. The U.S. is not the other countries. So why compare? What’s the point? Are you familiar with the 1994 weapons ban that lasted 10 years? At the end it didn’t bring down killings by weapons and that’s why they let it expired. Democrats wants the same thing for symbolic laws and this guy repeats their talking points. You know what I find hypocritical from people like him is that he has no problems with the deaths and government tyranny from China and that his employer ESPN made a huge contract with the tyrant country while he gets paid millions of dollars. He has no problem Biden sending 50 billion dollars on weapons to Ukraine and trillions of dollars a year to other countries because war is profit or the millions of abortions on demand for the last 50 years or the huge killings in black inner cities where they have tough gun laws and just crickets from him but on this he is just outraged. The joke and he doesn’t even debates rationally. He screams and makes no sense and think by more gun laws that won’t work is doing something which is not.
