First time hearing “Barely Alive”. Chris can’t sing anything badly. His voice is God-Given. You can’t be taught to sing like he does.

From the first time I saw Chris singing with the Steel Drivers bluegrass band, I KNEW he was a one in a million talented. Not only can he sing any genre, he plays instruments and writes songs, not only for himself, but other artists. We dont get many like Chris, he is a treasure, and humble on top of it...

Fun fact : Chris was a good athlete and valedictorian of his high school class.. he got an academic school to Vanderbilt University then went back to Kentucky University and was gonna be an engineer.. then he found out he could write songs .$$
