This beat is significant - anyone can try to sound hard on a bass-heavy trap beat. Webby and his producer tailored this track to sound like a lullaby because lil-what’s his name is being put to sleep with it. Xanax bars are conducive to blackouts, so this beat is fitting, because melodically it sounds like a children’s lullaby. Webby’s bars are fully grown though, and it takes a real artist to create a mature, factual SONG with this kind of content over a beat like this. Any 18 year old kid can copy another rapper’s style with girly hair, face tattoos, and weirdo onomatopoeias that they interject - it’s trendy, that’s all. “It’s called the American dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it”. The mumble rap fans are asleep, but there’s a large population of people who are awake too.

Look starchild. Chris Webby is one of the most underrated artist in the game as we speak has been for a while now, reason why his career is so small? Because you have lil punks like lil Xan and lil pump trying to make a name for themselves by dissing and throwing shade on real artist.
