After I bought this wrecked #bmw #m3 #v8 from copra salvage auctions I was surprised by the rarity of the specification on this car. So I decided to take it that bit further than back to factory repair as I can feel this is a car I will want to keep.

Pro tip for draining radiators and water pumps without making a giant wet mess is to buy a small kiddie pool and use it instead of a regular drain pan. Some of the newer coolants have chemicals that can weaken and corrode concrete. Nice car bro!

I thought this and the X3 at the same time was brilliant. For me it gets boring watching another hypercar that ill never afford get rushed and rebuilt, actual real world cars are where it's at. Well done Chris, more of this please

I bought my manual 58 plate E92 M3 for £21k with 22k and it was the best car i have ever owned. The 2.5 exhaust mod is a must but manual is the way to go. LED headlights and carbon grille are easy but game changing mods.

My major gripe with Copart is the extra damage they add and take no responsibility for and that can be forklift damage that was not on the photo's that is there later. they should not be allowed to get away with that and it shows just how bad their staff can be.

Salvage Rebuilds UK recently invoiced Copart for additional damage on a Fiat 500 - will be interested to see how they get on.

Lifting a car with a forklift truck is so wrong, the pipes and fuel pumps etc under the plastic covers these days before floor damage it can cause is why they should not!!!! do that.

@@mrjones9915 I agree but they seem to be the only place to get insurance write off cars, I used to see many brakers had cheap deals not any more so many have gone bust.

I dont know hoe it took me so long to find your channel. This is an insanely professional conversion. I know there is going to be haters for the modern steerwing wheel and displays but this is how i would like to have it. Enjoying the classic design with modern features.

Impatience has cost me dearly in life but watching these guys fix stuff up (and other channels like Tasty Classics and Vice Grip Garage) it's educated me to take a bit more time snd care with my future cars. I'm buying one more car in life which will be an old Ford Capri. I'm very shocked and unimpressed with the NEW Ford Capri...what an insult to the whole legend!

You are lucky that your workshop is only just off an accessible road. My workshop is at the end of a 100m narrow tree covered dog-legged driveway off of a high speed country lane with no good place to stop. It's a lot of dodging idiots and pushing wrecked vehicles, usually on skates with small wheel that like going sideways.

If that was a take-off from the late Jimml-fix-it voice. "you should have changed all the bolts. Now then, now then. Bolt would have been a code word kids and a don't little goats. Maybe, you should choose a different person to imitate some might find it distasteful. I know it's all in good humour but some people are wound a bit too tight, with thread lock. The e92 m3 doesn't need a supercharger. It's fast enough. Port the heads ,schrick camshafts a tune and that's it

Why would anyone settle and purchase a 2s only brushless system. The fact that it only goes 30mph is laughable. That was a 70mph rc when is first 2.0 came out with the gt40 body. I personally own the one of the first 4tec with the sidesaddle battery. I kept it brushed Wana race.

My bro's mate bought a car from co part cos his audi engine popd so the audi he bought frm co part he swoped engines then sold it bck2co part? So if he did that then a lot ov ppl will be doin same so ya don't no wot ya buyin from there! ya mite just think it panel damage easy fix but yeh
