I'm sure Zach is a figure we can all look upto; never letting ourselves get lost in the depths of our own negativity. It was so touching on such a deep level to hear him speak his mind. Only bodybuilder in the world who can make people cry with his vlogs. He is changing the definition of an "ALPA MALE". You don't have to be an asshole who treats people with arrogance and talk down to people. Watch what CBUM is doing. Leading with kindness and only being humble about it. More than a bodybuilder. I hope to meet him one day to thank him. World would be a better place if we had more people like him who lead with their heart and not their ego.

hey chris, you're probably not gonna read this, but i just wanna thank you. I've been away from training and bodybuilding for almost 1.5 years now due to anxiety and depression. As olympia weekend arrived, i got that feeling back from wanting to train and maybe someday have 1/5 of your physique and mentality. Do it my man! I made my big comeback in January last year after rare heart disease almost killed me and left me with heart failure and defibrillator pacemaker. Now at 40 with wife and four kids and on TRT for last month I’m in the best shape of my life. I went from not being able to walk up stairs without help to doing 20 pull ups a set or so. You can do it! All I have now are health and aesthetic goals and I transformed my body. Recomped from 205lbs bloated at 5’5 down to 135 and now 158 pounds and still putting on muscle before I cut for summer in April or so

Everything about this video was incredible. From the backstage moments, to the comradery and respect between the athletes, to that moment with Hany in the hotel room, what an epic journey it is for Chris to be on and thank you for taking us with you. It's eye opening, people don't realise how much these guys go through during prep, and the amount of emotions they go through backstage and on stage. Bodybuilders are incredible with how much they have to endure for a few moments on stage. Respect.

Back in 2020 depression hit hard, being diabetic with isolation was a whole different situation and the insecurities with my body hit me hard. I had nothing to catch myself then i came to know CBUM and my life took a whole turn. Thank you Chris for being there on KZfaq and calling us Skinny Bitch to motivate us all through the way. Btw the new notion for us would be " SHREDDED BEBE"🤣. Once again congrats on the win .🎉🎖

It put me in depressions, lost 3 yearly salaries because of that went from 9% bodyfat to 20%, lost my job but in the end it doesnt matter cause in the end nothing matters only family and their health... thanks for this beautyful video and especially for sharing this words from zach.. wish you guys all the best and sorry for my bad english

For cbum, I am an 18 y/o boy that dreams, hopes to one day, be an nba player, and I am an ectomorph guy so it’s really hard to build muscle, and recently i’ve been battling depression again, i haven’t been going to the gym, just when i was on my way to 90kg, bulking up I stopped going to the gym, my thoughts are eating me, I doubt myself, but I know, I hope one day i’ll achieve my dream, become an nba player, have an awesome physique and hopefully meet you one day. Calvin man you are the best! thank you for this cinematic masterpiece! I didn’t want it to end, I cried my heart out, keep it up man. Congrats on the win cbum and team! 🎉

Hey Bro, throw that ectomorph somatype shit out the window. That stuff has been disproven and discredited decades ago. It relies on horribly performed studies from the 1940s that didn't even hold to the standards back then. All it does now is hold you back. You keep this stuff in your head, it will prevent you from achieving your goals. I told myself for years and years that I'm ectomorph and just can't put on weight like the other guys, it's fine I'm ectomorph.. NO! You may have a faster metabolism, like me. You might burn more calories in your sleep, like me. You might burn more while working out, like me. But this is all just a different challenge that we all face in the gym. Don't hold yourself back with pseudoscientific labels. As soon as I stopped listening to the popscience bullshit from Instagram & other social media, I went from 120 pounds to 188 pounds @ 16%bf. Track your weight, track your calories, eat, train hard, sleep 8 hours a day (and maybe stop or reduce porn consumption if you do that). Trust the process. You will make it.
