I did a similar grill job a while back , I painted mine with Krylon Hi Heat Aluminum ( radiator) it turned out nice , also this same paint is real close to GM rally wheel Argent Silver but a lot cheaper , keep the vids coming Chris

I'm getting ready to do my grill on 1968 GS Convertible. It's Black and Grey. Also nasty crack. J B Weld seems to worked good. Your video from 5 years ago on Chevelle door panel is why I came to your site today. I had seen it before and was impressed by the way you approached the installation.
