SO GREAT. As for what his dad said about players today being soft I feel like some maybe but most would probably play if they were told to. I think it's the owners and the team managers who are the ones concerned about their investments not paying off for them. It's become such a business that they want their players to be healthy longer. I think most players would rather be out there playing through things.

Just a little note about Satchel Paige. The Be-ball was named that because he said “It be where I want it to be when i want it to be there.” He also was known for bringing in all his fielders and they would just kneel around the mound as he struck out the side in order

When the Giants and Dodgers left for Cali there was no NL team. They took the Dodgers Blue and Giants Orange and created the Metropolitans. Also the new Mets stadium is the only field to have foul poles that aren't yellow, they are orange.
