Today, I’m going to share with you How to Structure a Seller Financing Offer to a Seller.
The business of creating financing to purchase properties. This allows you to sell acting as the bank, receiving monthly payments, without the use of any lending institution involved in the transaction. When you seller finance properties from sellers, you can buy without a credit check or applying for a loan. This will allow you to buy as many properties as you can get your hands on. If you finance all your properties the conventional way with banks, there will be a time in the future when the banks will not finance you as often because you will have too many loans on your credit report.
