Tigatron may technically be younger than Cheetor, but he has a much more mature personality than him.

Maybe it was that the Cheetah Cheetor scanned for his beast mode was a pre-teen and the Snow tiger of Tigratorn was already an older oner

It's funny that he did make it to Cybertron... but it was dominated by Megatron's Vehicon army in the 3H Wreckers comics so it wasn't as beautiful as Earth as he imagined it.

My only nitpick with Kingdom Tigertron, is the fact that, unlike his original toy, his gun is completely exposed in beast mode, rather than being hidden in the tail piece. Not to mention the tail is stuck in a downward position. Meaning putting him in a running pose looks stupid without tail articulation.

@@nine_tails137 The gun being exposed in beast mode doesn't bother me too much as I'm just glad they gave him a gun unlike Cheetor. But I agree with your criticisms.

Found a Tigerhawk a few years back with no yellowing on his white plastic, no instructions, but he had all his accessories (2 spring-loaded missile launchers & their appropriate ammunition). He was surprisingly cheap too!

I think the Zarak one would be very interesting due to the two different versions of him in Japan and America. Could also mention the Transformers Animated trivia that the Decepticons in that setting were a faction of the Destrons who were lead by Mega Zarak.

@@draconic1802 Ah, alas then. I was sure of the implied sarcasm. The paint is, unfortunately, not the yellowing I speak of. I am talking about the actual white plastic underneath yellowing. Unevenly even, as different panels are yellowing at different rates. Just hold a Tigatron figure in day light, it'll be visible straight out of the packaging. And on the rare instance it's not: it will be after a mere 24 hours in a naturally lit environment. To compare: I have a 25 year old Primal Prime who's stood in a naturally lit room for the past 8 years: not a single issue.

He was being considered for Beast Machines too, at the time before Hasbro pulled the plug. I can't imagine how Tigerhawk would have looked in that series aesthetic?

@@thevenomspino I always assumed, as Megatron held onto the Optimal Optimus body. That he would have certainly made Tigerhawk into a Vehicon general. Given how dark Megatron became, thanks to the corruption of G1 Meg's Spark, Tigerhawk would likely have been something twisted. Perhaps an in-universe homage to Rack'n'Ruin?

@@pious83 but is Tigerhawk consider a transmetal transformer as transmetals are immune to Megatron virus which is why the cast were not affected by it and Rhinox and Silverbolt were. Also wasn't it's said the Optimal Optimus body that Megatron used was a replica of the original?

@@thevenomspino Tigerhawk was a Fuzor, like Silverbolt. So he would be no different. They both had pieces of Transmetal (according to the Fuzor bio).

It wasn't really a loose end. The implication of the show was that Protoforms (aside from Protoform X) were new Maximals. In that context, they didn't need backstories.
