The mic is great when it's on you or on Country but it sucked at picking up Chase or anybody that WASN'T wearing it. Even when you held it across the table at the bar it didn't pick up for shit. Loved the vid though. Favorite part was ole girl's head getting snapped back on the launch...lol. She wasn't ready at all. But she did ride the heck out of it though. Respect.

Chris the camera is coming in a bit " choppy " and shaky. Maybe turn up the FPS on the GoPro or maybe sure the video stabilization feature is on! Mic sounds crispy though! 👌😎

For someone who's on a stock wheelbase, where do you recommend rpm wise for launch? 7500?

For gsxr1k's should be at least that range. let’s say I started at 7k RPM. I begin to let the clutch out and the revs start to drop. I add more throttle until I am back at 7k. Great! Now let more clutch out, and the RPMs drop again…and we counter by adding still more throttle. You continue to smoothly feed the clutch out while gradually adding more throttle until eventually the clutch is all the way out without ever allowing the RPMs to drop out of your power band. This is a balanced motion between clutch and throttle. That is very important to launches without launch control. Find your rpm band by 8k 7k 7.9k rpm etc..

I've also done 2 chain drive conversions in my shop several years ago. It's a lot of critical machining, but it truly changes the performance aspect, especially for Drag Racing. It's truly a different bike after the conversion.
