Walking along a beach at sunrise - starting from path under cliffs. Sound of the ocean and footsteps on pebbles. 30 minute seaside video for scenic home workout on treadmill / elliptical / exercise machine. HD audio for asmr / meditation / relaxing to real white noise. Beautiful views of sun over water and rocks.
Virtual reality trail hiking videos recorded using GoPro Hero 7 in first person view with camera on head strap mount, and auto stabilizer & wind noise reduction on. Exploring the English countryside and coast.
Location: Sidmouth town beach, East Devon UK.
Time: in the early morning at 6.30am soon after high tide.

Fires still blazing, smoldering, smoking in California. Difficult to breathe and unwise to be outside in, during our very much ongoing pandemic. And so...thanks for taking me to the ocean, to the tidal symphony, to the healing wonder of sea meeting shore.

Thanks for your poetic words. I just recorded another video here - this time on a busy summer's afternoon. Right now we are blessed with perfect weather, and very little hint of pandemic. About to make a short preview video, then hopefully the full video will be ready by tomorrow. I hope things improve for you soon as well.

Wow. That's nice. I was doing my walk ING exercise just now using this virtual walking at the beach. I can't believe I did 29 Minutes of walking while enjoying the view. I did running exercise yesterday. So this one felt like more relaxing but I am sweating. Thank you 💗

Wish you'd have gone around the corner and climbed the Jacob's Ladder. Perhaps a GoPro tour of the World War 1 memorial gardens at the top of the hill, too. Thx for a great beach walk.
