D Lo was such a good addition for the Lakers

Ham had a great adjustment. He kept a body on Draymond, which does two things; 1) It takes away a lot of Dray’s greatest asset on offense, which is his passing/court vision. Teams always sag off of Dray which just gives him way too much court to scan and he’s always gonna make the right play. Keeping a body on him takes away passing angles he would normally see and forces him to dribble with on-ball pressure. And 2) When Vando’s on the court, he’s the body that was assigned to stick to Draymond, and in Curry/Draymond PnR’s he switched onto Curry. So basically, with one of the Warriors most successful plays, their options are reduced to Curry iso on Vando, or Draymond forcing tough passes w/o his typical benefit of seeing the whole court because he’s always sagged off of.

If your offense is perimeter oriented, dont expect many free throws.
