Leading edge of carbon fiber strength and accuracy. Love a rifle that shoots really well. Light is even better. This is a smile waiting. I will save for this on the long rang plan. Thanks for the video. Kyle is a great seal of approval for me.

I know it's only a fraction of weight, but I thought the carbon fiber barrels were supposed to be lighter than steel? 5.8 lbs for the CF-wrapped barrel vs 5.5 lbs for the steel fluted barrel? Lol just wondering. Also, I don't see the M-LOK versions of the rifle on the website, only the KeyMod. I'm guessing y'all just haven't had time to put them up yet?

Kyle, what accessories would you recommend on that VTAC-15? Vertical grip, light, optic, etc? This is my next buy. Thanks!

I heard these guys use the Adams Arms piston system on their piston guns. AA piston is a proven system.

Christensen Arms pioneered the use of carbon fiber materials in firearms. They actually started out by making prosthetics (Freedom Innovations) and branched out from there into firearms (Christensen Arms) and aircraft parts (ACT Aerospace). Proof Research and other companies started do make their own copy-cat versions several years later. You can look it up on USPTO website: US Patent 5,692,334 filed in December 1995. I think that was the first one. As I understand it, Proof Research violated the patent, but since the patent was due to expire in a few years the owners of Christensen Arms decided it wasn't worth the legal fees to try and defend it.
