This was so good! I've never thought about anxiety, depression and negative thoughts not coming from God. This way of thinking will bring a sense of calm to me. I would love a document with notes or questions. I think it would be helpful for myself as well as others. Thank you Jess!

This is so helpful for me. I watch these at night before bed. I go to a therapist and take meds and this is just something extra for me to help. Thank you ❤️

I loved this. I have minor anxiety but when it sets in I have a hard time turning it around. I am committing that verse to memory, because you are absolutely correct that those feelings are not from the Lord. Thank you for this! I’ll be praying for you!
